National Laboratory reactors and other unlicensed facilities joined. The name “TRTR” was coined by Bob Brugger of the University of Missouri. Although some TRIGA facilities attended this year, Bill Wittemore of GA suggested that the group be called the ‘Non-TRIGA’ group rather than TRTR, since TRIGA reactors had a separate meeting.
